I thought this place was brilliant because it's mainly used by people with a job to do: I had almost the only non-trade vehicle in the car park. It features a real factory-style cafeteria which opens at 05:00 for breakfast, offers an all-you-can-eat dinner and lunch packs. There's also a pool. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, as were all the other visitors I came across. Overall, one of the most enjoyable overnight stays I've had anywhere in Australia.

I love staying here, it's the only place I will stay in Mt Isa. The rooms are very nicely set out, are quiet & very comfortable. The owners are lovely as are all the staff. And the restaurant is amazing with a buffet breakfast included and a buffet dinner at extra cost. They even have lunches to take with you if you're leaving or heading out for the day (also additional but very reasonable cost). I can't recommend Leichhadt Accommodation highly enough.

It was perfect for my needs and they welcomed my little fur baby, Gary 🐶 💘 I couldn't have asked for better, the room was so comfortable, a good size with a kitchenette ..... I was a late checkin and the managers were so helpful and concerned for my safety (night driving). Breakfast was a real bonus..... buffet style as much as I could possibly eat. I also had an 11am checkout, much appreciated after a late night drive. Being a mining town it caters to workers so that ensures a quiet and respectful environment. I enjoyed my stay so much that I'm staying again on my return trip tomorrow 😁 I'm a mum of a Jack Russell and it's so wonderful to find a place that welcomes dogs without charging an exorbitant cleaning fee. I've had kids and despite being a mum who ensures my children are well behaved and respectful of someone else's property I can tell you it's much easier to have my little Jack Russell stay at accommodation with me...... sometimes I think it's children that require the exorbitant cleaning fee 😉 Good on you Leichhardt Accommodation for acknowledging the importance of our pets as family members 💞 and thank you for a fabulous accommodation experience 🙏

What really impressed me were the staff I interacted with , Elliott was great when I got in late after having car trouble outside Cloncurry. In the morning Glen helped arrange car repairs for me and Elliott picked me up from the repair shop and drove me back. A late check out which ends in an extended stay very much appreciated. Well done to ever one of the helpful friendly staff, Impressed.

The location of this property when you are travelling on business is great, the breakfast is a lovely add on and the rooms and beds are very comfortable.

Breakfast was outstanding, loads of choice, but be prepared to get up early as service starts at 5am, and ends at 8am! The pool was good, refreshing as the temperature started to get into the id to late 30s,

Breakfast was included, it was EXCELLENT & considering its "donga style" accommodation, it was VERY good, and even though it was packed with miners, who all headed to work early, it was nice and quiet, and its pet friendly..

The air conditioning kept me cool, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast food kept my belly full. Would recommend this accommodation.
